Through the Clouds of Mind

Imagine this: you wake up in the morning not feeling optimistic, energetic, or anything similar. Your worries come back flooding in. They take over your mind and your body. Your mind is cluttered with worries, confusion, and anger, and you find it difficult to find any answer or a way.

It goes something like this for me, “How will I get out of this? Will I ever be able to get better? Why am I not moving forward?”

This is something that happened to me today. I was worried and exhausted. So, what do you do when you fight to stay on your art? Let’s find out.

The Mind Talking

Whenever these thoughts popped into my head, I noticed my mind was always speaking. It was never my intuition or me, but my mind. And the more attention I gave to these thoughts, the more power and control they gained. The more power they gained, I became still, afraid, and fragile.

So, what did I do to help me stay focused?

What to do when you feel stuck, even for a moment?

Being stuck is something that I experience when I have an overwhelming surge of energy, ideas, and thoughts but no action to back it up. And being stuck is difficult. It’s painful and beats everything out of you. I felt negative, no way out, and broken. And you might know what I am talking about.

But there is something more painful than being stuck. And that is not trying to get out of it. I personally tried seeing the results on the second or third day. And when I didn’t see any, I got demotivated. Then began a cycle of short motivational pumps. These pumps motivated me to act for a day or two, only to fall again.

Not only did it hurt mentally, but the pain followed in my body. Whenever I thought and acted with my mind, I was hurt. And then I came across Reality Transurfing.

One way through…

As you know, my last blog was about a book called Reality Transurfing. The book explains the power of mind, pendulums, importance, and intuition in a simple and detailed manner.

In my previous blog, Reality Transurfing, I explained how the importance of thoughts and decisions tips off the scales to one side, generating excess potential. And, then, whoosh comes into the universe to correct the balance.

In the book, Vadim Zeland explains how humans listen to their minds, not intuition. Hence generating unwanted responsibilities, importance, and excess potential and energy. But most importantly, he talks about listening to your intuition. Which is kind of difficult at first. Still, you can learn to listen to your intuition?

And here’s how.

Listening to your intuition.

Listening to your intuition is simple. Stop reacting to your thoughts and start listening to the small wisdom that comes through to you called intuition.

You must tune out your mind and noise to listen to your intuition. And this is how you learn to move ahead even if you are flooded with thoughts.

Thoughts about responsibilities, outer and inner importance, expectations, and others must not be avoided but allowed to flow out as they come in.

Meditation and Knowledge

And here comes the part where you really try your best. Meditation is the best tool that helps me adjust my attention and realign myself. Meditating, even by closing my eyes when I feel overwhelmed, is helpful. It is not done to avoid what I am thinking but to realign my attention to breathing.

Knowledge is another part of meditation. Reading, learning, and writing will help you learn much about yourself. It will help you teach not what you are doing wrong but what you are most attentive to.

Reading Reality Transurfing made me realize where my attention flowed and how to use my intuition and focus.

Choosing to Become a Guest in This World

Once you begin meditating, you can focus on what you focus on. It is a continuous and deliberate practice.

Choose to focus on listening to your intuition. Focus on your breathing. Whenever you feel overwhelmed, just meditate and readjust your focus. Most of the time, we are the only guests in the world who come to live and create.

But we tend to take the lead and focus on problems and responsibilities when, in reality, we just have to take a back seat.

Letting go of inner importance and letting the world flow is a practice that helps you readjust your focus and align yourself to your lifeline.
