Overcoming Challenge One Step At A Time
Notes from Reality Transfuring by Vadim Zeland

Mornings are crowded with thoughts, whether I like it or not. Growing concerns about well-being, goals, and so on. Maybe these are your mornings, and maybe they are not. But for me they are present, and I am learning to act one step at a time.
You see, with so many excuses, concerns, and worries, one might act restlessly and without a thought. But that’s not what we are here to do. I have a goal and so do you, and that’s where we are headed.
And to grow out of this routine, there’s only one thing that I can do, which I read about in a book called Reality Transurfing. Though I am only in the first part of the book, it taught me a solution, a way to come through to my challenges.
Now, I know that any challenge just won’t vanish away. It’s going to take time and effort. So, wishing or hoping that the challenge goes away is absurd.
The challenge won’t go away, but the best thing that I can do instead is acknowledge its presence rather than find a way around it. Because, as I said in my blog before, running away from challenges is not possible. They are there for you and with you. The only way to grow out of a challenge is to face it.
After acknowledging its presence, the next thing is to know that it is your challenge. So, no one or nothing is going to take care of it for you. You are responsible for it. THIS IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY. And giving energy to someone else’s challenges is not the answer.
So, with this in mind, let’s see what Vadim Zeland has to say in Reality Transurfing. The author explains to the readers how challenges can be overcome by using the pendulum as an example. A challenge is a pendulum, that swings more and more until you acknowledge it. And it’s going it swing again and again in your face.
You cannot avoid it, nor can you take it head-on. Because these two options both give energy to the pendulum to swing more. Avoiding it is like hiding from it. You know it is present but you are running and thinking about it constantly, hence your energy goes to the pendulum and it swings more.
You try to face it head-on, but soon you will realize that more energy is being consumed here as well. I have tried both. And both did not work right.
But then, Vadim Zeland tells another method to overcome the challenge. And you can do this by acknowledging the challenge’s presence. Learn that it is there. Don’t try to hide it, run from it. But let it be there for what it is.
Then, without any judgment, resentment, anger, or emotion, pass through it by being one with it.
This is not what you were probably looking for as an answer. But trust me, there’s more to come. And the first step, acknowledging the challenge is pretty tough. For me, I had to focus on my challenge and not on the challenge of others.
Hope this article takes you one step further to getting better emotionally. Thank you for reading this article.
