Today, I experienced this: a feeling that I was not moving ahead. And, damn, it’s scary.
After completing a task from my to-do list – speaking to one of my professors about a project – I felt like I needed to others more.
Now this feeling can either halt me or I can choose to act on it.
So, the first step that I did was, prepare myself with a quote, “It’s all possible. And simple. I only need to act.” And then, I took a look at my to-do list, again, to see what tasks I must complete. And here I am now writing this article.
In my previous article I mentioned about being tough during a challenge. And this is what being tough means.
So, whenever you feel like you’ve halted, just act. Don’t know what to act on, look at your to-do list. Don’t have a to-do list, meditate and sit in silence to find an answer.
And then act.
