Discomfort is a feeling that happens when one is on the verge of breaking the ice and having real change.
It is a tool that indicates that change is taking place.

Here are a few feelings that indicate the same:

  1. Feeling as though reliving a childhood struggles. Which means you are becoming conscious about the struggles.
  2. Feeling lost or directionless. A feeling that tells me that i am becoming more conscious about my situations.
  3. Left brain fogginess. The use of right brain: intuitive, creating, makes the logical, focusing and organizing part difficult.
  4. Having random influxes of irrational anger and sadness that intensifies and becomes difficult to ignore them.
  5. Experiencing highs and lows in energy, unpredictable sleep patterns.
  6. Having an intense need to be alone.
  7. A life-changing event taking place.
  8. Intense and vivid dreams. Your subconscious communicates with the help of dreams.
  9. Downsizing friend group and staying away from negative people.
  10. Feeling like dreams that i once had are collapsing. This is making a way for a more better dream.
  11. Feeling as though my thoughts are my real enemy.
  12. Feeling unsure of who we really are.
  13. Recognising how far i still have to travel.
  14. Knowing things i don’t want to know. A lot of irrational fear.
  15. Having an intense desire to speak up for myself. Having anger about how much you’ve let yourself been walked over by others and taking charge to change it.
  16. Realizing i am the only person responsible for my dream and my life.

These uncomfortable feelings are not meant to be excuses. Rather, a sign that some change is necessarily needed and must be made.
