The root cause of not having a life we want begins from not questioning the system of beliefs instilled in us by the many.
We believe these system of beliefs, set by the crowd, to be true and follow them without questioning.
Every person has an individual personality, traits, likeness and so on. And, so are their belief system. But because of the fear, people follow the belief system that we call as the safe system, the comfort zone, an adventure-less life.

- We cannot depend on some future scenario for our happiness. We cannot contemplate what will make us happy.
- Achieving a goal is not the end goal. The end goal is to become a better person.
- Fear and pain are the qualities that are there when we are trying to do something that is important to us. When we try doing something that is not, we feel indifferent.
- We create problems because we are afraid to live our life.
- To make a belief stronger, one must not change the belief system but act, in order to create evidences to support our system.
- Roadblocks while achieving something meaningful are a necessity to push us out of our comfort zones.
- The perception of our past is what makes it a lesson or a haunted memory. The past is nothing but pieces of memories.
- The traits that we appreciate in others are the traits that we want in our life. And the traits that we don’t like about others are the traits that we want.
We have taught ourselves to suppress our natural state only to fit in a community. And we can change that by changing ourselves.
