Only Affirmations: An Emotional Anchor.

There are many people that suggest that you must affirm positivity. Repeat mantras that empower you, that bring positivity. But does it really work?

Affirming something repeatedly without any hard evidence and action, isn’t just that fooling the mind to believe something that we are not?

If I affirm to myself everyday that, “I am the best.” without any evidences, aren’t I avoiding myself from knowing what I can get better atnand improve?

So, any affirmations, about money or life, don’t work unless there’s work is put in by you. Facing facts is more important than affirmations. First comes, knowing what you are good at, then working at it by achieving smaller tasks and then comes affirming that, “I am the best.”.
Everything that you hear *about* affirmations, discipline and focus, all point only to one direction and that is *ACTION*.

Affirmations when done without action is only a fooling mechanism: an emotional anchor that holds us which may avoid us to put in the work and improve because it is as you it is, “I am already the best. So, why do I need to work.”

To avoid this and get better, action is a very important aspect. It helps build self confidence, self-trust, and it is an act of self-love.

In conclusion, work on the action and everything else takes care of itself.
