A week into a disciplined set of small habits improved my self-confidence, focus and emotional strength. But by acting once emotionally and acting on my addiction, I broke down the small foundation that I built.
It’s like Andrew Tate said, “Once a rocket takes off, it never stops in the middle.” And it same goes to my daily life.
The aftermath of breaking a good routine has a high price to pay. It completely demolishes the emotional strength, the discipline, the focus and the self-care pattern.
But the most that it hurts is emotionally because, for me, it became difficult to build up the emotional strength given to the goal again and the growth that I had achieved.
And the good thing about building a routine is that it makes a better and simple life. There are simple rules to follow which are way powerful and evolving.
